The Monrovia Measure K Citizen Advisory Committee is a five-member committee established by the City Council whose main responsibilities include monitoring the revenues and expenditures from the 0.75% local sales tax increase approved by voters on November 5, 2019. The Committee’s main responsibilities are as follows:

• Receive and comment on annual reports from City staff each fiscal year on revenues and expenditures from the sales tax; and

• Review and comment on annual spending plans presented to the Committee by City staff.
