The Development Review Committee (DRC) is an administrative body consisting of department directors that meet to review new development proposals. Their purview includes residential compatibility design review for new and remodeled dwellings, commercial façade changes, signage, oak tree trimming or removal, minor exceptions, and minor conditional use permits. DRC also conducts advisory review for conditional use permits, variances, and zone changes.
The Committee meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at 415 South Ivy Avenue.
