Prior System Outage - On March 17, 2024, the City experienced a loss of financial system data, including utility billing data, as well as data backups. Fortunately, the City’s utility billing system is functional again, and all utility bills since March are now available. For additional information, please see the City Manager's Letter and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) documents below:
Pay Your Utility Bill - Review and pay your utility bill online. Make sure you have your Account Number and Customer ID, also known as Customer Number, to continue. These are located on your monthly billing statement. You can also pay for a utility bill over the phone using our automated system. Call 1-800-272-9829. Enter option 3 and jurisdiction code 1573. Your Account Number and Customer Number will also be required for this option. If your service has been shut-off for nonpayment, please contact our office for payment at (626) 932-5517. Please do not use the online bill pay function. |

Pay Your Parking Ticket - Pay or contest your parking citation online. Be sure to have your License Plate Number or Citation Number on hand. |

Pay Your Fire Inspection Fees - Review and pay your Fire Inspection Fees online. Make sure you have the Customer Name (or Business Name), Run Number and the Address where the inspection took place, to continue. These are located on your fire inspection billing statement. |
