BERT is an ongoing program designed to give businesses the knowledge and tools to weather a disaster. The six-seminar series uses lectures, small groups, and hands-on activities to develop the skills necessary to design business operations and continuity plans as well as promote preparedness among employees. SoCal Edison, SoCalGas Company, Monrovia Public Works, and Monrovia Police Department will provide guest speakers throughout the series. All seminars are stand-alone and can be completed as business schedule permits.
