  • If you have questions or concerns about homelessness, are at risk of becoming homeless, or are currently experiencing homelessness, contact Monrovia Police Department at (626) 256-8000 or the Community Center at (626) 256-8246 for helpful resources. In situations where law enforcement may be needed, do not use the form below to submit a service request; contact Monrovia Police Department at (626) 256-8000.

• Illegal Dumping
  • You may report an illegally dumped item by submitting a form via the Monrovia City Knowledge Base table at the bottom of this page.
    • Navigate to and select the Garbage and Recycling topic area.
    • Select Illegal Dumping
    • Complete and submit the form.
• Abandoned Shopping Carts 
  • To report abandoned shopping carts to the California Shopping Cart Retrieval Service, please call their hotline at (888) 992-4778 to leave a message with location information or complete their online form here.
• Graffiti Removal
  • You may report graffiti by filling out the form below OR by calling Athens Services at (888) 336-6100. 
• Vegetation Around Power Lines
  •  Vegetation management around power lines are performed and maintained by Southern California Edison. For more information, please visit the SCE Power Lines & Trees webpage or contact SCE Customer Support at (800) 655-4555.
• Wildlife and Animal Control
  • Animal control services within the City are provided by the Pasadena Humane Society and they can be reached at (626) 792-7151 ext. 102. For more information, including how to report animal cruelty or file a noise complaint, please visit Pasadena Humane Society.
