Financial Policies

Administrative Services prepares financial policies to ensure that the City's funds are safeguarded and prudently invested. We also ensure that assets are recorded and capitalized, reserve funds are maintained at healthy levels, the City’s purchasing operations comply with our municipal code, policies, and state and federal statutes, and the City has adequate cash flows to meet operational and capital needs as they arise.
