The OnBase information management system provides access to City documents that have been scanned and stored for access and preservation.  If you are looking for building permit history for a property, you may find quick access to documents by clicking on the following link: OnBase Document Portal.  

Requests to review / receive copies of records that are not available in the City's optical imaging system may be requested by completing and submitting the form below. 

If requesting building/property records, please be sure to include the address and street name.

If requesting Police Department records, please be sure to include the specific incident/report number(s), or if none is available, incident date, name(s), date of birth, and any other identifying information that will help our search.
