Our Mission

The Monrovia Building and Safety Division serves to help you create homes and buildings that are safe, healthy and comfortable. We are committed to forming working relationships with a focus on finding answers to problems via constantly improving customer service that is second to none. Our goal is to simplify the procedure in obtaining permits, and make codes easier for residents, architects, and builders to use and understand. We work closely with the Planning, Fire Public Services and Code Enforcement divisions to make the building process easy to navigate.
