After many years of planning, Station Square Park and the Metro Gold Line station opened in 2016!

The Station Square Transit Village is undergoing some exciting development. 

In September 2014, the Monrovia City Council approved the development of a 261-unit apartment building called MODA. Construction is underway on the south side of the 200 block of West Pomona Avenue, next to the Gold Line parking structure.

The development standards for the PD-12 (Planned Development-Area 12) area, which encompasses the 80-acre Station Square Transit Village Planning Area were amended in April 2015.
