Specific Plans are used to tie development in a certain area to the regulations set forth in the General Plan. Planning topics such as transportation, open space, design and development standards are addressed in detail within a Specific Plan. A Specific Plan must encompass a minimum of 2 acres and address, in detail, the uses allowed within the development.
