The Monrovia Police Department works tirelessly to provide service through our international award winning Community Activist Policing philosophy. Our goal is not only to prevent and solve crime, but to improve the quality of life for people living and working in our community.  We believe the only way this can be accomplished is to have a professional, collaborative, and compassionate relationship with the community we have sworn an oath to serve.

As a department, we focus on providing the community with the most professionally trained, well-equipped, community-minded officers possible.
