It is a leading priority within the Monrovia Police Department to eliminate graffiti as quickly as possible. Here's how we do it:

Report Graffiti

If you see graffiti on public property, please report it in one of the following ways:

• Call Athens Services directly at (626) 336-6100
• Call Monrovia's Public Works at (626) 932-5575
• Send an e-mail to PWcomments@ci.monrovia.ca.us

Graffiti Bounty - Receive $100

If you witness an individual in the act of vandalism, immediately call 9-1-1 to report the activity. If the Monrovia Police Department locates and arrests the suspect, the caller receives a $100 bill.
