The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA provides animal control services for the City of Monrovia.
The Pasadena Humane Society and SPCA maintains an adoption program which keeps a select group of animals that are viable for adoption. Each animal chosen for the adoption process is examined by a veterinarian prior to being adopted out to a family.
