127 Pomona Specific Plan And Mixed-Use Development

On January 21, 2020, the City Council adopted the 127 Pomona Specific Plan for the development of a transit-oriented, infill, mixed-use project with residential and commercial uses at the northeast corner of Pomona and Primrose Avenues. Adept Development is now implementing that Specific Plan with a modified project that features:  232 apartment units, 8,535 square feet of street-facing commercial space, and a parking garage with a capacity for 387 vehicles.  Twenty five of the apartment units will be designated affordable for very low and moderate income households.  Take a look at the 127 Pomona project At-A-Glance!
