Regular meetings of the City Council are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. Community Media of the Foothills (KGEM) shows both live broadcasts and replays of City Council Meetings on cable television and over the Internet at www.kgem.tv. Your attendance at this public meeting may result in the recording and broadcast of your image and/or voice as previously described.

Although public access to the meeting in person will be allowed, if you are sick or identify yourself as being “higher risk” based on the CDC’s guidelines, you may wish to watch or listen to the meeting from home, or provide input electronically.
How to participate in the meeting from home:

All seating in Council Chambers will be spaced to allow for minimizing close contact, as recommended by the State guidelines.
In accordance with Executive Order N-25-20 and guidance from the California Department of Public Health on gatherings, remote public participation is allowed in the following ways:
Public comment will be accepted by email to cityclerk@ci.monrovia.ca.us before or during the meeting, prior to the close of public comment on an item, to be read by the City Clerk during public comment. Lengthy public comment may be summarized in the interest of time.
